My firecracker of a daughter, Annabella AKA Bella, turn two is 4 September. I must say that I marvel at his energy, enthusiasm and strong will. This phase of raising children are often referred to as the "two terrible" but I must say that this stage has been a great teacher to me. I learn a lot about life, showing Bella in all the glory two years of his. Here are some of my favorite courses:
Welcoming all: This is one of my favorite things to be the mother of Annabella. Held However, no large or small. Drink a milkshake? Clap Your Hands with joy. Manufactured up alone? Shout for joy, I did! . Have a friend coming to play? Running and dance of happiness! Could we all celebrate more? Is not it wonderful when we recognize our earnings? Let's use this trick and start Annabella to notice and focus on our successes and accomplishments, and when we feel good. Relish the joy!
Perseverance is the piece: Watching Annabella learn to walk and talk was fascinating. It has a surprising link failure and persistence. Can you imagine if we approach things with the persistence and enthusiasm of a child of two years? Falling? No big deal! Fumble the word? Try again. And yet. Oh, and be kind to yourself in the process. Failure is a great thing. Wow!
Singing is what really makes life more fun: Annabella often start the day singing. Let's hear the baby monitor singing "Old MacDonald had a farm "or" Itsy Bitsy Spider. "Often you can find walking around the house humming a tune or singing" La, la, la "to your own pace. And really, I see the healing power of music in him, and raise the vibration of the entire house. Try yourself and see what happens.
Nothing to say with conviction: I must say that the receiving end of a firm "NO!" Not always fun, but I admire the determination and conviction to know Annabella what it does and what it does. Imagine if we could just say no when they want to do something. Especially for women who have mastered the art of saying yes when we want not really say there is no possibility to say no and stick to it.
Make friends everywhere you go: My husband and I took the subway recently Beautiful and it was hilarious. It has so many people smile and laugh, which literally made friends on the trip BART 20 minutes. It was wild and it reminded me the power to be open to new people, places and things.
Bring out the PCs in the world is fun: Need I say more?
Hug, hug and say "I love you" as often as possible: When Bella is a bad day, hugs and cuddling is a panacea. And I must say, I feel that not enough adults value. Take Bella and ask for a hug when needed. Add to that, Annabella recently learned to say "I love you" and she likes to say. He looks at you, smiles and says a big "I I ", when least expected. My heart melts every time. So, my friends, getting a hug, Snuggle with your loved ones and express your love out loud frequently. This practice will change the world.
