Yesterday there was a six-month old baby in Melbourne that had fallen of the busy platform while waiting for a train in melbourne.
This is the video of what had happened as someone had caught it on tape that very moment.
The stroller itself was dragged about 100 feet or about 33 yards along the tracks before the train came to a complete stop at the platform.
This all happened as the breaks on the stroller were not in place and the stroller started to roll away…
They do say it was not the parents fault and they were lucky as the kid is okay and only walked away with a scrape/cut on the forehead.
The Boy was Strapped to the seat of the stroller which in turn has saved his life for the 100 foot drag down the tracks. This all came to as a gust of wind pushed the stroller away from the parents and was to close to edge and had fallen.

According to the news reports Kidsafe Australia spokesman Dr. Mark Stokes told the Australian Broadcasting Corp. the restraints on the stroller likely saved the child’s life.
So please everyone out there who has read this and has children, please lock the wheels on the wagons and strollers while stopped waiting for trains and/or lights to cross the road as none of us want or expect this to happen.
